Code - Legal Analysis, Policy Analysis, and the Price of Deference

The following code is used in my article, Legal Analysis, Policy Analysis, and the Price of Deference: An Empirical Study of Mayo and Chevron. The files should be run in Python (.py), Stata (.do), and R (.r).
